Josh McQueen, LCSW, LADC, CCS is the Associate Director of Spurwink Adult Behavioral Health and oversees Spurwink’s Contingency Management, Opioid Health Home, and Rapid Access programs. Josh developed Spurwink’s Contingency Management pilot program serving individuals struggling with stimulant use disorder, complex behavioral needs and often homelessness. He has worked in Portland’s Bayside neighborhood since 2019.
