Opioid Health Home Updates and Overview

The program will review the recent changes to the Opioid Health Home (OHH) model and regulation. The new updates provide increased flexibility and care coordination across programs. The changes will be highlighted and there will be opportunities for questions and answers.

Describe the various tiers of the Opioid Health Home model
Highlight changes from the previous MaineCare OHH regulations
Identify the advantages of value-based payment models

Continuing Medical Education

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Maine Medical Education Trust and CCSME. The Maine Medical Education Trust is accredited by the Maine Medical Association Committee on Continuing Medical Education and Accreditation to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
