Polysubstance ECHO: Comprehensive Care for Polysubstance Use Disorder – Low Threshold Treatment
A 2024 CDC report found that nearly 50% of all drug overdose deaths involved multiple substances. Treatment of Polysubstance use disorder is both complex and challenging in an ever-changing illicit substance climate. Join the ME SUD Learning Community to learn the latest in evidence-based practices for Polysubstance Use Disorder, and best meet the unique needs of patients.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will explore the current climate of illicit substances
- Participants will examine evidence-based practices that are designed to improve patient retention and treatment outcomes
- Participants will learn how to incorporate trauma-informed, patient-centered, low-barrier practices in the treatment of Polysubstance Use Disorder.
