Co-Occurring Disorders Resources
Co-occurring disorders and conditions are the expectation, not the exception, in our services. Co-occurring disorders and conditions refer to the presence of both mental health and substance use challenges in the same individual, requiring integrated, person-centered approaches across all programs. Effective treatment and recovery involve addressing all conditions simultaneously through evidence-based practices, cross-trained staff, integrated teams, and coordinated services. The resources on this page are designed to support providers and their teams in partnering with the individuals and families they serve to enhance understanding, improve service delivery, and promote recovery for those living with complex behavioral health needs.
